Nar Phu Valley 8 Night/9 days Trek – Short Trek in Nepal
The Nar Phu valley Trek takes trekkers into a pair of valleys tucked in between Manaslu and Annapurna regions in Himalayan range in Nepal. The trek is a true hidden gem with an authentic feel no longer found on many treks in Nepal. The Himalayan wilderness is awe inspiring and you’ll meet very few others trekker on the trail. Find a day by day detailed itinerary 2024/2025
Day 1: Drive from Kathmandu via Besisahar to Koto 2,600m; approx. 8 hours
Day 2 :Trek to Meta 3,560m; approx. 7 hours
Day 3: Trek to Phu 4,080m; approx. 7 hours
Day 4: Acclimatization day in Phu; side trip to Himlung Base Camp (4,800m)
Day 5: Trek to Nar Phedi, overnight stay in monastery 3,490m; approx. 6 hours
Day 6: Trek to Nar Village 4,110m; approx. 3 hours
Day 7 :Trek via Kang La Pass (5,240m) to Ngawal 3,650m; approx. 8 hours
Day 8 :Trek to Pisang (3,200m; approx. 3 hours) and drive to Besi-sahar approx. 4 hours
Day 9: Return to Kathmandu approx. 5 hours

MEALS During a Nar Phu Valley
Breakfast will be served in Kathmandu and Pokhara whereas all meals / tea or coffees will be served during the trek. While on the trek, breakfast will be taken in the same place were we stay for the night. Similar arrangements can also be made for dinner. Lunch will be taken en route to the next destination(s). There will also be welcome and farewell dinners hosted by Nepal Guide Info team .
ACCOMMODATION
We will be staying in Holi Himalaya or similar in Kathmandu and Pokhara Views Hotel Pokhara. Duringa a trekking, we will be accommodated in the best place best guest houses. All accommodations are on twin-shared basis.
