How to hire a guide for poon hill trek in pokhara?

We just finished a 4 Night 5 days Ghorepani Pani Poon Hill trek with a great guide named Sanjib. He is very good to identify your needs and to propose different options according to your budget. During the trek, he was always there to take care of us and assure that everything was OK. He also showed us places where nobody goes with fantastic views. This trek can be done in five days  on the right time

He also gave us very good advice before the trek to prepare yourself and assure that we did not on the mountain without the proper equipment.

Difficulty & Pace

Generally, this is a relatively easy trek in Nepal compared to other treks in Nepal, higher-altitude treks in Nepal. On day 4, however, expect a steep climb up the stone staircase (3,890 steps in total), from Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani — 1,390 m of altitude gain in a single day is not to be taken lightly. Your trekking duration each day will largely depend on your fitness and how much you like to stop to enjoy the views. Above, we’ve suggested the average pace that most trekkers prefer.

Getting There

The city of Pokhara is the main starting point for almost all the treks in the Annapurna/ Dhaulagiri Region, including this one. (Pokhara is a 25-minute flight or a 6-7 hour drive from Kathmandu.) From Pokhara, you’ll either take a private jeep or public bus to Nayapul, where you’ll be dropped off to begin your trek to Ghorepani Annapurna .
