 5 Days by Day Ghorepani poon Hill   itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu meet the Airport and drive to hotel, over night Hotel in Kathmandu.
 
Day 02 : KATHMANDU – POKHARA (910m/2986ft.)
After Breakfast 6 hrs Drive to Pokhara about 200km by Tourist Bus through good scenery of River and countryside. Check in to the Hotel. Free afternoon on your own. Take a walk around Lakeside or you can do boating at fewa lake. O/n Hotel.
Day 03: POKHARA – TIRKHE DHUNGA (1577m)
After Breakfast an hour drive to Nayapul (50km). Then start your Trek about 20 minutes to Birethati, a prosperous town beside the Modi River. Again heading your Trek to hille, then trek to tirkhe dughga. This day you will Trek about 3-4hrs. O/n at Guest House.
Day 04: TIRKHE DHUNGA – GHOREPANI (2855m)
After Breakfast start your Trek crosses a stream (Burundi Khola) on a suspension bridge then Trek to a large Magar Village called Ulleri. Above the village where the trail climbs gently through pastures and cultivated fields, through rhododendron and oak forests then reach to Nangethanti. You can have lunch or short rest . Again Trek to Ghorepani through the forest. This day you will trek about 5-6 hrs. O/n at guest House.
Day 05: GHOREPANI – Poon Hill (3210m) – TADAPANI (2630m)
Wake up early morning then at 4am an hour hike to Poonhill (3195m) with the help of your stick & flash light. Where you can enjoy with Panoramic Mountain Views & beautiful Sunrise View from your Eye lavel. Then after an hour Trek down to Ghorepani and have Breakfast then start your 6 hrs Trek to Tadapani. Tadapani means, ?Far water?. Water supply in this village from long distance.The trail climbs along ridges and through pine and rhododendron forests to Deurali. We descend to reach Banthanti, before winding our way to Tadapani. On/t hotel.
Day 06: TADAPANI – GHANDRUK (1950m)
Trek start to Ghandruk after the Breakfast. After 4hrs descent Trek to Big Gurung Village called Ghandruk. it is the most interesting tribal Gurung village in Nepal, which provides Gorkha soldiers. It has excellent close -up views of Annapurna South, Machhapurchhe and Himachuli. There is an ACAP office that provides information about its different activities. O/n at guest House.
Day 07: GHANDRUK – POKHARA (1910m)
Today is the last day of this Trek. After Breakfast Trek about 3-4hrs then take Bus back to Pokhara.
O/n at Hotel.
Day 08: back to Kathmandu stay overnight .
Day:09:  Drop to Airport Fly back to your home,

How do I get to Poon Hill?
One the way of the journey to Poon Hill 3210m, when you reach to Pokhara from Kathmandu, you need to head towards Pokhara-NayaPul-Hile and stay ovenight at Tikhedhunga next day after proper rest. At first, you need to go towards Nayapal which is about 46 KM and takes about 1.5 hour to arrive,. You can get the public local bus from the Pokhara bus stop..You need to head towards Ghorepani next day after you reach and rest at Tikhedhunga. The distance from Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani is 12 KM. It takes nearly about 5-6 hours to trek/hike then stay ovenight Ghorepani 2780m then next day from Ghorepani to Poonhill is 1.5 KM. After you reached the Ghorepani, you need to trek towards the Poon Hill. Poon is situated at the elevation of 3,210 m. Poon Hill is called a mountain among the tourists
