He made sure we were always safe, comfortable, and having a great time. There was never a moment when something was missing – he took care of everything with ease and a great sense of humour. A special highlight of the excellent service: I forgot my Down jacket at the airport on my return flight. Sanjib immediately sent a colleague to the airport, who actually found it and returned it to me. That kind of dedication is rare and speaks volumes about their commitment to their guests.
