I climbed Island Peak in April 2026 as part of a guided expedition in Nepal after completing the  Goyo Chola Pass and Everest Base Camp trek, and it was hands down one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. If you’re looking for a true Himalayan adventure that combines trekking and mountaineering, Island Peak is the perfect next step. It’s tough but doable, and the sense of achievement is indescribable.
